Aqualandia Water Park

Aqualandia Benidorm Water Park
It boasts a generous surface area, an almost endless array of attractions for children and adults and the highest water slide in Europe. In September 2010, Aqualandia set a remarkable record of 3,110 people bathing in the artificial wave for 5 minutes with a squirt gun!

Aqualandia Water Park is located on the Costa Blanca on the eastern edge of Benidorm, near Av. Dr. Severo Ochoa. It is directly connected to its sister dolphinarium, the Mundomar. Above the slides and water slides rise the slopes of the Serra Gelada Natural Park, which just over the 300-metre-high ridge drops sharply into the waves of the Mediterranean.

What water attractions Aqualandia offers
Aqualandia was founded in 1985 as the first water world in Spain and today, with an area of around 150,000 square metres, it is one of the largest water parks in Europe. It includes a large car park, fast food restaurants, sunbathing areas and souvenir shops.

Aqualandia offers fun for everyone through dozens of attractions supplied directly from the sea. Adrenaline junkies must try the Verti-Go, the highest water slide on the old continent, which can reach speeds of up to 100 kilometres per hour when ridden from a height of 33 metres. There is also a lazy river, a relaxing pool with whirlpools and waterfalls, a water slide with funnel and a pool with artificial waves. A children's zone with slides awaits the youngest visitors.
