Accommodation information

The holiday home for rent is located in a closed urbanization, where only the owners of other houses or their guests have access. The urbanization has a parking lot for your car, a large swimming pool and a children's paddling pool. For added safety, there is also a defibrillator located in the urbanization by the pool. The house has its own fenced plot, where the other residents of the urbanization no longer have access, and 4 private terraces. Two in front of the house, one behind the house and one on the roof of the house called "solarium".

The house itself consists of a large living room, which is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an associated bathroom with sink, toilet and shower and the other with two twin beds. Off the hallway connecting the living room to the bedrooms is a second bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.


Accommodation procedure...
After ordering the rental we will send you payment details.
After payment, one week before the rental date, we will send you detailed instructions for your stay and about two days before your arrival our delegate Mrs. Dana, who lives in the place, will call you to arrange everything you need... whether you need a transfer from the airport, what time your flight will arrive, when you will arrive at check-in (check-in is on the day of arrival from 3pm, or as agreed with Mrs. Dana), etc.

Upon your arrival, Mrs. Dana will take you in, accommodate you, give you the keys and access codes, tell you everything you need and collect from you a cash deposit of 200 €, for which she will issue you a receipt and which you will return after the end of your stay (check-out is until 10 am, or as agreed with Mrs. Dana) if everything is fine. You can also contact Mrs. Dana in case of emergency throughout your stay.
Cleaning of the house takes place only once before or after your stay and is paid separately on the spot in cash. It costs € 70.
If you arrive by air, we recommend you rent a car at the airport. Not only will you save money on transfers to and from the airport, but hiring a car will give you the freedom to explore all the beaches in the area or perhaps go shopping. The house has 1 parking space in the urbanization.

At 'Costa Blanca Holiday' we want our guests to enjoy their stay. We ask everyone to be respectful and sociable, both within the property and towards neighbours. Please bear in mind that even though you are on holiday, you will be staying on private land surrounded by locals. If neighbours or the relevant authorities make a complaint, claim or report inappropriate behaviour by one or more guests for any reason, they may be asked to leave the property immediately without compensation. Please be aware that most communities in Spain have their own rules that owners and guests must follow.


Accommodation information
Maximum occupancy 4 persons + 1 child in a portable cot (cot and high chair available free of charge on request).
Check-in (arrival) from 15:00h, by prior arrangement with the manager, who will accommodate you on site.
Check-out (departure) until 10:00h, by appointment with the on-site manager.
No smoking in the property!
No parties or events in the property!
We do not accommodate pets!
We would be very happy if you would take your shoes off when you enter the house. You don't know what, where and when you're going to step on, and it doesn't have to be in a rigid state. You bring it all home... on the carpets... on the bed...

'Costa Blanca Holiday' nenese odpovědnost za ztrátu nebo nesprávné umístění zavazadel, krádeže, škody nebo nehody nesouvisející se správou 'Costa Blanca Holiday' samotné. – Host(é) souhlasí s odpovědným užíváním pronajatého ubytování, a tím zprošťuje 'majitele nemovitosti' jakékoli odpovědnosti. Host (hosté) může nést odpovědnost za škody způsobené úmyslně či neúmyslně v důsledku nesprávného užívání ubytování.
'Costa Blanca Holiday' si vyhrazuje právo kdykoli aktualizovat kteroukoli z těchto podmínek, pokud to bude považováno za nutné.
Neneseme odpovědnost za žádné osobní věci zanechané v našem objektu během vašeho pobytu. Věnujte prosím při opuštění nemovitosti náležitou péči zavírání oken a zamykání všech dveří.

Nájemce je plně odpovědný za jakékoli škody na našem majetku nebo v rámci komunity.
